The Rotary Club of Ellsworth will be conducting their annual Food Drive for the Loaves and Fishes Food Pantry in Ellsworth on Saturday, November 15th from 9am to 2pm at the Ellsworth Hannaford. We accept food or monetary donations at this event to help those in need in Hancock County.
Once again this year we are adding a challenge -"The Ton of Turkey Challenge!" We are asking all Rotarians and members of the community to help donate a ton of Turkeys to the Pantry (134 frozen turkeys are needed, in lieu of a turkey two chickens or a ham will be greatly appreciated) during operating hours: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00am to 12:30pm or 4:00pm to 6:00pm on Wednesdays. If you live out of town, you can donate $20 and they will count as a turkey. Donations can be mailed to our club’s address at PO Box 741, Ellsworth.
Thank you to all Rotarians and community individuals who participated in the Polio Walk in Ellsworth on Saturday, October 18th and for supporting Fogtown Brewery after the walk. We raised $500.00! Thank You! Click on the link below to check out the photos!
