5:30 pm Rotary members & Guests arrive with their hosts, register, get nametags…
5:40 pm Ring the Bell, President Jodie Cushing to welcome guests
6:00pm President Jodie Cushing talks about Rotary and shows brief video
6:10pm JoAnn Rodick will invite the committee members to go to their tables and guests will start at the table number on their nametag. JoAnn to ask guests to move from Table 1 to Table 2, etc. after 10 minutes.
