
President Rebecca Greenlaw called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm with opening remarks and the pledge of allegiance.
Rebecca thanked Clyde Cushing for taking care of Sergeant at Arms duties, Debbie Ehrlenbach for taking minutes, Michael Houslen for managing Zoom and everyone for help set up and take down the room.

Guest Speaker: Cara Ramano – Director of Heart of Ellsworth was our guest speaker. Her power point presentation shared history of the organization, the current and past board of directors, its organizational structure, and planned events for the year. Heart of Ellsworth is a 501 c 3 organization, which provides resources for business development, awards grant funds at the $5000, $3000, and $500 level, is partnering with Frenchman Bay Conservancy on the Riverwalk North project, hosting the Cider and Cheese Festival and many others. She shared opportunities to get involved and suggested if interest in learning more to sign up for their newsletter.
