Dr. David Jardine and Meredith Bishop were inducted into the Club as affiliates under a corporate membership held by The Audiology Center of Maine. Welcome David and Meredith!
 
A pancake breakfast update was provided by Lincoln: event to be held August 3rd in the parking lot of the Downeast YMCA; members were reminded to collect posters and tickets to sell.  
 
Marc spoke of an upcoming community service project painting the Ellsworth Free Medical Clinic on Saturday, July 20 between 8-4.
 
Program/Speaker: Dale Hamilton, Executive Director of Community Health and Counseling Services (CHCS), spoke to the Club about CHCS’ services generally (offered through offices in Penobscot, Piscataquis, Hancock and Washington Counties), and services available to Hancock County residents, including mental health, home health, hospice, and primary care. He spoke about the collaborative approach CHCS takes with respect to other service organizations available in a specific area so that they are providing those health care services that are needed and valued by the communities and individuals they serve.
