HCTC Student Recognition: The Rotary Club of Ellsworth honored four outstanding students from Hancock County Technical Center in Law Enforcement, Early Childhood Education, Welding Technology and Multimedia Design. Congratulations to Mercedes Taungatu'a, Kelsey Lambert, Miah Coffin and Nova Dennison!
