
Debbie Ehrlenbach called the meeting to order. She welcomed everyone and our guest was Pam Katsiaficas. No visiting Rotarians.
Debbie thanked Saxon for serving as Sergeant at Arms and everyone for bringing cookies and Christmas cards.
David Wells presented Michael Houlsen his first-place award in our MoVember competition.
Jack shared stories from the gifting experience held on Saturday. A total of 17 children were in attendance. He thanked all the businesses and donors who made the event possible.
Please note that the time of club meetings will change to start at 5:30 pm beginning January 2026. Club meetings will be 1 hour 5:30 – 6:30 pm. We will try this for the winter months. Please be at the meeting a little before 5:30pm.
Dues reminder – all dues are payable in full before December 31st. Please pay by check or by credit card using the PayPal link on the club’s website. If you have any questions, please reach out to Tricia. She emailed dues notices in November.
Lincoln Ehrlenbach and Mary Beth Harmon presented Tricia Quirk with a Paul Harris plus 3 thanking her for her continued support of the Rotary Foundation. Questions were answered as to what plus 3 meant. Tricia is a Paul Harris member by donating $1000 to the Annual Shared Fund Every Rotarian Every Year (EREY). In addition to her first donation, she has since donated another $3000 earning her the “Plus 3” designation and pin.
Door prizes were won by Nancy and Mary Beth
The 50/50 drawing of $5 was donated back to the happy dollars cause for this quarter, Next Step Domestic Violence.
Happy dollars were collected from many members.
The meeting was spent assembling stockings for the children at KidsPeace, signing Christmas cards for residents of Seal Cove and Golden Acres assisted living facilities, and boxing cookies to be delivered to first responders.
On January 6th, we meet at Moore Community Center. Amanda Ashe owner of Salt Air Properties will be our guest speaker. Meeting starts at 5:30pm.
