President Rebecca Greenlaw welcomed everyone and provided opening words

Rebecca thanked Clyde for being Sargeant at Arms, Debbie for taking notes, everyone for helping set up and to those who will stay and help take down
 
There were no birthdays or anniversaries this week
 
Debbie presented Rebecca with her President’s pin, inducting her as our Club President
 
Lincoln presented Jack Frost with his Paul Harris plus 2 pin
 
Rebecca thanked the Interact Club for their work in raising much needed items for those at the Emmaus Center.
 
Rebecca thanked Gene and Laura for the HCTC night, sharing everyone’s appreciation of the addition of the videos for each program recognized.
 
Rebecca thanked everyone who participated in the Christmas Parade and a special thank you to Clyde for organizing the service project.  Also, thanks to Gene and Heidi Omlor for ensuring students at EHS participated.  The students passed out candy and held the banner.
 
We have a new 85-inch screen thanks to the generosity of Dave and Marian Wells.  A card of appreciation was circulated for all to sign.  A big thank you to them.  Also, a thank you to Gene, Clyde and Michael for removing the old screen.
 
The Gifting Experience will be Saturday December 14th starting at 9:30 at City Hall and finishing at noon at Camden National Bank.  We have about 20 students signed up.  Please let Jack know if you cannot attend.  A thank you to the committee for organizing this service project.
 
Next week’s club meeting – December 17th our Holiday Giving Party.  (1) Our cookie exchange (for first responders).  Please bring in home baked cookies.  (2) We will also be signing Christmas cards for those in assisted living facilities.  If you have extra cards, please bring them next week. (3) Wrapping gifts for children at KidsPeace.  Bring in the gifts you purchased and any boxes or wrapping papers/bows and we will be wrapping all the gifts for Rebecca to take back with her.
 
Door prizes were drawn and happy dollars collected.   Chocolates and cookies were provided around the room in honor of Rebecca’s induction as President.
 
Annual Meeting – Election of Officers for 2025-2026
 
Rebecca read the nominations from the nominating committee and asked if anyone would like to offer further nomination.  Determining a quorum of members was present, there being no further nominations with a motion by Dave Wells and a second by Jack Frost the following list of officers were voted on and approved.
