Opening Ceremonies: Past President Ashley Johnson called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm with opening remarks and the pledge of allegiance.
Ashley thanked Mary Beth Harmon and Lincoln Ehrlenbach for taking care of Sergeant at Arms duties, Gene Pellerano for managing Zoom and everyone for help set up and take down the room.

Rebecca Greenlaw and David Wells presented a check to Northern Light Maine Coast Hospital in the amount of $586.00 towards Men’s Health. This was from our Movember event.
Sea Princess Sunset Cruise - on Tuesday, August 26, 2025. Departs Northeast Harbor at 6:15 pm (Leave Ellsworth at 5:15 pm) Cruise duration is 1 hour 30 minute. Tickets $35 Adult - $32 Senior - $28 children (6-12 years). Register by August 20th to Debbie Ehrlenbach.
Freshmen BBQ - The Community Service Committee is looking for Volunteers to cook/serve burgers and hotdogs to the incoming Freshman class at Ellsworth High School on Thursday, August 28th from 9:00- 1:00pm. The school will take care of all the supplies and the Rotarians will do all the cooking and serving.
Autumn Gold Pancake Breakfast – Saturday, September 27th from 7am-10am at EEMS. More details to come!

Happy Dollars– 1st quarter Happy Dollars will be going towards Cody's Closet This is a great opportunity to support children in our Foster Care system in Maine and meet their needs. Several Rotarians shared happy thoughts.
Guest Speaker: These week’s guest speakers were John Ronan & Carrie Barnes of Northern Light Maine Coast Hospital. They both gave an update on the hospital, the OB unit and the latest news on Anthem.
Polio Cups: Reminder to donate to Polio! For every $1 donated, 7 children are vaccinated.
