Happy Dollars Check: Downeast Horizons was presented a check in the amount of $502.00. Ashley Johnson represented the agency.
Polio Cups: Reminder to donate to Polio! For every $1 donated, 7 children are vaccinated.
Fundraiser for Demeyer Field Project – May 17th – Big Cats – 5 – 7pm: A sign-up sheet for the night of the event is available at club meetings. Donor prospects is available for club members to solicit donations. All donations, must be to Becky Sargent’s office no later than April 30th. Contact Debbie Ehrlenbach for more info.
Rotary Blood Drives are the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at the Elks Lodge in Ellsworth. Please sign up to help. Shifts are from 11:00am to 2:00pm and 2:00pm to 5:00pm.

Happy Dollars: 4th Quarter Happy Dollars will go towards: Local D.A.R.E Program. Taught by highly trained law enforcement officers, D.A.R.E. Education Programs deliver science/evidence-based curricula that teach students good decision-making skills that will help them lead safe and healthy lives and cope with high risk circumstances including drugs, alcohol, violence, bullying, and internet safety.

Guest Speaker: This week’s guest speaker was Rotarian Rob Hemenway. Rob became the Executive Director at Birch Bay Retirement Village in October 2023.
