On Tuesday, April 14th at 6 PM, our club had our virtual meeting over the telephone and internet via Zoom. 
 
Invocation was sent in by Rob Hemenway and read by Jo Cooper.
 
The pledge was led by Gene Pellerano, Ashley Johnson took notes and Tony and Julie Bouchard took attendance.
 
Birthdays and Anniversaries: Clyde Cushing shared Birthdays and Anniversaries: Julie Clark and Jane Langley have birthdays this week! Happy Birthday!!
 
Checking In/Happy Dollars: Jo Cooper started the meeting by asking each person to give a recap of how they were doing.  We heard from Ashley Johnson, Dan Frye, Marian Wells, Clyde Cushing, Pam Cushing, Scott Kimball, Alison King, Alicia Johnson, JoAnn Brown, Lincoln Ehrlenbach, Debbie Ehrlenbach, Allegra Pellerano, Iris Simon, Gene Pellerano, Jim Vickers, Rod Fox, Jack Frost, Tracy Shaffer, Dave Wells, Laura Pellerano and Carl Lusby.
All Happy Dollars goes towards Everybody Eats this quarter. 
 
Rotary Business:
  1. Treasurer Debbie Ehrlenbach reported that the financials are up-to-date. We are being careful and keeping track of our funds. 
  2. Rotary Auction Update: Laura Pellerano has reported at the board meeting it was decided to cancel the annual auction for 2020 due to the economic impact that we are experiencing in our community. We made the decision based upon the need to be mindful of our community and the struggles as we all navigate our way through the pandemic.
  3. PETS Training Update: Laura and Gene Pellerano and Clyde Cushing reported that they have completed the virtual President-Elect (PETS) Training that the District provided via Zoom.
  4. Lincoln Ehrlenbach shared that the District Governor is encouraging all clubs to have Zoom meetings for the time being. So we are happy to be ahead of the game!
  5. Jo Cooper stated we plan to have a guest speaker at next week’s meeting!
