  1. Jane reported Sarah’s House, 22 Rotarians, 2 Visits, very nice visit and good dinner at Lucerne Inn. 
  2. Clyde offered the following reports/requests.  Reports loaves and fishes made more money at this year’s Blue Hill Fair.  Assistance is needed Monday Sept 17 At 6PM Window Pane project at ST Joseph's, Assistance is needed for the Friends in Action Auction and Dinner need Volunteers, Sept 29.  Loaves and Fishes need Volunteers to pick up food, Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 8AM till done for the pantry, this would be for the rest of September.
  3. Dave Well  needs assistance for the Pancake Breakfast, help still needed for Setup, Friday the 21 at 3PM and for the breakfast  Sat Sep 22 at 6AM, will go over again next Tuesday.
 
Program/Speaker: John Ronan. John was appointed President of Blue Hill Memorial Hospital (BHMH), Blue Hill, ME in August of 2014 and President of Maine Coast Memorial Hospital (MCMH), Ellsworth, ME in November of 2016.  Men’s health equipment was purchased with Rotary Auction Proceeds.  Expanded services, Walk in Clinic, association with Cancer Care of Maine, Dana Farber, moved Cancer from Blue Hill to Dow Center.  More usage of the whole system resources, also standardize best practices across the Northern Light health care system.  John then fielded several question from the group.
