  4. Lincoln Ehrlenbach, Debbie Ehrlenbach and Allegra Pellerano all attended and reported on the District Conference. Awards - Silver Governor Citation 2018-2019 Ellsworth 5th place in Polio fundraising. Ellsworth number 1 in Foundation giving in the district.
  5. Clyde Cushing - Community Service update:  Indian Point Clean up went well.  Service Opportunity May 18th EEMS Bicycle Rodeo.  Silverware wrapping for the Pancake Breakfast June 3rd 6:45pm at the Eagles Nest Lodge.  Spring Social May 28th at the Lobster Pot - cookout starts at 5:30pm
  6. By-Laws - Quorum Voted to accept changes to the bylaws with the amendment Article 7 section 4 Make the required reporting to Rotary Internation (RI) Clyde made the motion and Tricia seconded passed unanimously
 
Program/Speaker: Jane Langley presented Cara Romano LaValle. She is the Director of Heart Of Ellsworth, which promotes artistic, cultural, economic, educational, environmental and historic activities in the Downtown area. She also owns Kot Contemporary Functional Craft located on State Street. She spoke on the Heart of Ellsworth achievements and goals going forward. Working on an application to be recognized as a city working on economic growth.
