Program/Speaker: Brett Chiccotelli with Downeast Salmon Federation (DSF). He attended COA  and studied Human Ecology.
 
The DSF was started by Anglers 30 years ago and has 11 full- time employees. They focus on hatcheries for Atlantic Salmon, fishways and ladders for restoration of the rivers They are focusing on the Union River with the dam license renewal to get changes to allow the fish access to the upper river.
