Opening Ceremonies: President Carl Lusby called the meeting to order. The invocation was given by Larry Fernald and we said the Pledge of Allegiance. The greeter was Irv Hodgkin.
 
Make Ups: Those who helped at Loaves and Fishes and the Gifting Experience.

Birthdays: Ashley Johnson – December 16.
 
Guests:  Jackie Clough, Fred Beyer, HCTC students, parents, teachers, and guest speakers.
 
Door Prizes: Dan Hurley, Charlene Churchill, and Marian Wells all won something chocolate. Larry Fernald took home a card from Gift Card Grab Bag.

50/50: Doug Kell won.  

Happy Dollars: All Happy Dollars are going to Project Hope this quarter. Charlene donated some dollars and spoke about Aaron Johnson and asked for prayers and positive thoughts for the Johnson and Ehrlenbach families. Many others donated for Aaron’s healing and in honor of HCTC guests.
 
Rotary Business: Our holiday party will be next week. The signup sheet was sent around. Cost is $15 per person and will include wine and beer. We will have a Yankee Swap with gifts around the $15 range.
 
President Elect Scott Kimball asked members to contact him if they have suggestions for this year’s auction partner.
 
The January, February, March greeter signup sheet was passed around.
 
Program: Our second HCTC Student of the Month program for this year was led by Director of Vocational Service Tracy Shaffer. Hunter Eaton was introduced by Carpentry program instructor Doug Flagg. Rotarian Peter Farragher introduced our speaker for this field, Todd Wagstaff of Wagstaff Construction.
 
Joel Pelletier, the HCTC Welding instructor, presented his Student of the Month, Ethan Kane. Rotarian Scott Kimball introduced our speaker from that field, Tom Schwarm from Gould Equipment.
 
President Carl presented both students with their certificates, Chamber Bucks and the coveted Rotary/HCTC Student of the Month T-shirt.
